Description

“HYDRAULIC OIL PRESS MACHINE (HMHP-B1)”

Operational manual:-

  • The HMHP-B1 is an extraordinary hydraulic oil press machine that helps to improve the Health & Wealth of this human generation. This is a unique technology machine and can change the market scenarios in a big way.

Product Description:-

  • The series of combined oil presses have multiple functions including an electric machine, oil press, and oil filter.
  • An electric machine heater can preheat the squeeze chamber and preserve the temperature when the machine is stopped.
  • The oil filter can clean the crude oil in time, and the structure of this combined oil press is compact, requiring only a small working place while saving labor.

Cleaning Process:–

  1. First, shut off the power and unplug the machine; the pressing chamber remains hot, so wear cotton heat-protective gloves to prevent burns or wait more than 30 minutes for the chamber to cool completely.
  2. Press the reverse button for 30 seconds to make the machine swivel back so the pressing frame and rod can be easily separated.
  3. Always wear gloves when disassembling the pressing frame immediately after extraction, or allow the machine to cool down before disassembly.
  4. Take out the pressing screw and chamber.

Condition for Machine Installation:-

  • For the oil plant’s type and seeds, quality and original content may be different in different areas.
  • The day capacity (t/24h) is based on using a hot way to squeeze one time. I use the cold way to squeeze two or three times, the day capacity will be 1/2 or 1/3 timeless accordingly. The more the squeeze times are, the lower the capacity
  • Actual capacity and oil percentage also depend on the operation done by the operator and seed character and types.
  • The machine is already fitted the only motor is separate because of transportation issues for the installation of other parts and civil work includes motor fitting arranged by the customer as per guidance by the company.
  • Gear oil, electric starter, wire, and tools have to arrange by the customer.
  • Our Scope dose not include any Electrical connection/ Installation/ Erection/ Commissioning of Equipment. But in case your Required our Technical person to Support the customer Arrange for Accommodation, Food, & Travel expensive two-way. ( First priority Air ticket ).
  • During site visits by the technician, all safety parameters are provided by the buyer and in case of any human damage or injury, all costs are borne by the buyer.
  • The purchaser should commit to assist the vendor and work can begin immediately after the arrival engineer. The purchaser shall bear the costs of any delays that are not the fault of the vendor and also provide all necessary tools for installation.
  • During the warranty period if any parts are damaged seller is only replacing the same parts free of cost delivery charges extra not change the whole machine if any technician is required for the fitting and site visit charges are extra After the warranty period seller provides spare parts and service as per the requirement with extra charges
  • Insurance for transportation and factory will take by the buyer.

“GENERAL USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT COOKING OIL”

Oil Extraction Method:-

Expeller pressing
  • Expeller pressing is the method of extracting oil with a mechanical press rather than utilizing a chemical extraction process. There is no solvent (chemical) residues in oil that have been expeller pressed resulting in a cleaner more pure oil, higher in natural colors and flavors.
  • The process of extraction is the critical quality difference between oils often found in the natural foods marketplace as opposed to mass market or supermarket brands.
  • An expeller press is a screw-type machine, which presses oil seeds through a caged barrel-like cavity. This machine uses friction and continuous pressure from the screw drives to move and compress the seed material. The oil seeps through small openings that do not allow seed fiber solids to pass through.
  • Afterward, the pressed seeds are formed into a hardened cake, which is removed from the machine. The pressure involved in expeller pressing creates heat in the range of 140-210º F (60-99º C).

Cooking Oil:-

  • Cooking oils plant, animal, or synthetic fat are used in frying, baking, and other types of cooking. It is also used in food preparation and flavorings not involving heat, such as salad dressings and bread dips, and in this sense might be more accurately termed edible oil.
  • Cooking oil is typically a liquid at room temperature, although some oils that contain saturated fat, such as coconut oil, palm oil, and palm kernel oil are solid.
  • There is a wide variety of cooking oils from plant sources such as peanut oil, sesame oil, Coconut oil, soybean oil, mustard oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, and other vegetable oils, as well as animal-based oils like butter and lard.

How to store the oil:-

  • After putting it at room temperature above 15 °c for one-night oil and thick liquid will separate automatically and it does not need filtering the longer it is placed better the separation effect is after they are completely separated bottle it and put into the fridge or keep it at the room.
  • If incorrectly stored, some types of oil rapidly go rancid and develop an unpleasant flavor. The main factors that cause rancidity (in addition to moisture, bacteria, and enzymes above) are light, heat, air, and some types of metals.
  • To obtain a shelf life of several months, oils should be stored in lightproof, airtight, and moisture-proof containers in a cool place.
  • Tin-coated cans, glazed pottery, colored glass, and certain types of plastics are each suitable when properly sealed.
  • Great care is needed to remove all traces of oil from re-usable containers and to thoroughly dry them before re-filling because any residual moisture or rancid oil on the inside will rapidly spoil fresh oil.
  • The materials used to make processing equipment and containers should not contain copper as it promotes rancidity. Stainless steel, galvanized iron, enameled iron, or aluminum are suitable
